Here you have the opportunity to learn online a few things you should know about the gastronomy. The first clip is about technical language, the second is about tips and tricks that can be used not only in crafts but also in general. Then solve the corresponding puzzle tasks. In this module you will also find some further thinking exercises that are available to download under the tasks.

Here you can prove that you have already learned a lot about techniques and work steps in the gastronomy. You should now try out whether you can cope well with the manual work tasks.
